Tea Ceremony,drinking and appreciating tea can be life style. The Chinese tea ceremony contains the wisdom of oriental philosophy. Through the whole set of ceremony——making tea, appreciating tea, smelling tea, enjoying tea, friendship is increased, virtue is cultivated, traditional virtues etiquette are learned. The ceremony can refresh mind and clear thoughts. The spirit of tea ceremony is the core of tea culture and the spirit is represented by Taoism. Exploring six kinds of teas
There are tens of thousands of teas in China, but there are only six kinds of basic teas. In the studio, you will experience the colorful world of Chinese teas, their nature, cultural history and hear some interesting stories.
The six tea categories allow us to see the colour of each dry tea, enjoy the aroma before and after brewing, taste the tea soup and see the "posture of tea stretching", by touching the bottom of the leaf, feeling if the tea is soft/tough and tight after brewing. We will gain a broad overview of Chinese tea landscape.
Legendary Teas
At this tea ceremony, we will try six kinds of tea, two of which are brewed by the participants themselves, drink a cup of tea brewed by themselves and felt the beautiful dance of tea in our cup.
